collectors firewand? - Guild Wars Forums

I need a firewand wich improves casting speed +20% is there a collector that has that item? Ive looked but could only find one wich improves skillrecharge...
I had a gold one with 19% but somehow it got custom made for pvp ;(

Mino horns are easy to come by (fighting or buying) and the collector is accessable in 5 seconds.
